This small wall hanging is part of a series that I have been making with the artist Neil Collins.  In this series he designs and makes steel frames for variously shaped tile pieces.  No two frames are the same.  Each one is custom made for the tile held within it.  The hand formed ring from which the work hangs is an especially nice touch.  I like the contrast between the clean lines of the frame with the rough, almost distressed feeling of the tile.
